HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY IA.No.3 OF 2018 In/and WRIT PETITION No.8651 of 2013 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners filed IA.No.3 of 2018 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner's application for regularization is already rejected.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned Assistant Government Pleader, question of filing fresh writ petition on the same issue does not arise. However it is open for the petitioners to challenge the said rejection order passed by the respondents.

Accordingly, IA.No.3 of 2018 is ordered. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
