THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.238 of 2018 ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the order passed by me on 19-12-2017 in W.P.No.36413 of 2014 was confirmed in part by order dt.22-03-2018 in W.A.Nos.363 and 370 of 2018 by the Division Bench.

In this view of the matter, if the petitioner has any grievance regarding non-implementation of the direction issued by the Division Bench, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Division Bench by filing appropriate Contempt Case.

The instant Contempt Case is closed in view of the order dt.22-03-2018 passed in W.A.Nos.363 and 370 of 2018. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
