THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10391 OF 2015 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused No.2 under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking to grant bail in Crime No.71 of 2012 of CID Police Station, Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that he cheated the de facto complainant and received an amount of Rs.30,000/- from him by saying that he would arranged for passport and visa to send the de facto complainant to Dubai and gave him some papers and went away. When the de facto complainant went to the Airport, the authorities found that the documents are false and created and arrested the de facto complainant and send him to judicial custody. In view of the seriousness of the allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
