ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Head Master.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner had attained the age of superannuation and at this length of time, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
