HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.21202 OF 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare that the petitioner is entitled for approval of appointment into grant-inaid post of Assistant Teacher with effect from 1.3.2002. 2.

When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner was absorbed into aided services, on 18.9.2003, and therefore, the cause in this writ petition does not survive. However, it is needless to say that if the petitioner has any grievance, he is at liberty to submit a representation to the respondents within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being received, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
