Subhash Reddy) When the matter came up for hearing on 05.02.2015, it is represented by the learned counsel for respondent that the sole respondent died and no steps were taken to bring his legal representatives on record, and in view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the appellant sought time for taking appropriate steps. Till now, no application is filed to implead the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent. Hence, the appeal is dismissed as abated.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. No costs.
