HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1983 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. It is informed by the learned Special Public Prosecutor that investigation with regard to misappropriation and irregularities committed in respect of Visala Sahakara Parapathi Sangam Limited, Penumatra Village of West Godavari District, is under way, and so, this Court thought it fit that it is not an appropriate stage to quash the proceedings. Therefore, the investigation shall go on. However, the Police of CID, Hyderabad, are directed to strictly follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C towards petitioner/A4 during the course of investigation. Petitioner/A4 shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
