This revision is directed against the order, dated 08.06.2012, passed in proceedings No.B528/2013 by the first respondent - Deputy Collector/Tahsildar, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District., whereby and whereunder the land to an extent of Ac.5-00, situated in Survey No.69 of Miyapur village, was attached under Section 146 Cr.P.C.

When the matter is taken up for admission, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner died on 13.06.2015 and nothing survives for adjudication in the revision case and the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as having become infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed. __________________ M.S.K. JAISWAL, J.
