THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.1152 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner-de facto complainant seeking a direction to the Station House Officer, Vijayapuri Police Station, Nalgonda District, to complete investigation and file final report in Crime No.82 of 2017, registered for the offences under Sections 143, 448, 427, 504, 506 I.P.C. r/w Section 149 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-de facto complainant and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, apart from perusing the material on record.

As per the prosecution case, there are many allegations against the accused in this case. It is for the investigating agency to investigate into the case and file final report. However, in the circumstances narrated, the Station House Officer, Vijayapuri Police Station, Nalgonda District, is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report.
