2. Petitioner states that the suit viz., O.S.No.183 of 1993 was decreed by the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Gudur on 03.06.2002. The said decree is stated to be pending in an appeal before this court in A.S.No.1139 of 2002. While so, petitioner's mother, who was 11th plaintiff in the said suit, states that as per the decree she is entitled to the share in the undivided extent of Ac.15-15 cents of suit schedule property and the defendants of the suit also admitted of the said purchase under agreement of sale from Palepu Gopalaiah. Consequently, the judgment and decree mentions about the

purchase by the 11th plaintiff, mother of the petitioner. Petitioner, therefore, seeks for restoration of pattadar passbooks and title deeds and approached the District Collector. After detailed enquiry, the District Collector examined the record and issued directions in Rc.No.E10/884/12, dated 18.03.2015, to the Revenue Divisional Officer to take up the case and pass appropriate orders under Section 5B of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. The present writ petition is filed alleging that in spite of specific directions of the Collector, respondent No.4 has not take any action, as required, in compliance with the said order.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is limited to that extent, writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to take appropriate action, as required under law, and comply with the directions of the District Collector, dated 18.03.2015, referred to above, expeditiously. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
