ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents. Challenging the order dated 22.06.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent, suspending the authorization of the petitioner pending enquiry, the present writ petition is filed.

A perusal of the impugned order shows that there were variations in the quantity.

Since there were variations in the quantity, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order at this stage and it is appropriate for the respondents to conduct an enquiry. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
