Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the fact that Charge sheet is already filed and there is a prima facie case against the petitioner/accused for the offence under Section 324 IPC, it is not a fit case to quash the proceeding. If the petitioner is so advised, he can file discharge application, in which case, the trial Court shall dispose of the same on merits at the earliest.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________________ U.DURGA PRASAD RAO,J 20-03-2015 eha.
