Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned public prosecutor (A.P) representing respondent-State and perused the material on record.

2) The Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to renew request of the petitioners after finalizing the police investigation in Crime No.81 of 2013 of Tanuku Rural Police Station, West Godavari District. Needless to say, pending investigation, the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 5 shall not be arrested if not on bail and pending investigation, their presence shall not insisted in the event of police filing final report and after taking cognizance.

3) As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
