ORDER

The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Cr.No.62 of 2015 of Kota Bommali Police Station, Srikakulam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC, filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material on record.

3. It is alleged that the petitioner having collected an amount of Rs.2,95,000/- from the de facto complainant for the purpose of providing employment failed to do the same and on intervention of elders, he agreed to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 31.03.2015, but he has not paid the same, thereby he cheated the de facto complainant.

4. It is represented that the petitioner is also involved in another criminal case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
