HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6244 of 2016

ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the order dated 01.04.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.775 of 2015 in D.V.C.No.122 of 2015 on the file of IV Metropolitan Magistrate (Traffic Mobile Court), Hyderabad, wherein the learned Magistrate while allowing the petition directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- per month towards interim maintenance to respondents 2 to 5 i.e., Rs.6,000/-to respondent No.2 and Rs.3,000/- each to respondents 3 to 5.

As against the impugned order, the petitioner has an appropriate remedy of appeal and therefore, this criminal petition to quash the said order is not maintainable.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed. Registry is directed to return the material papers, if any, to the petitioner.
