Both the counsel present.

The petitioners are the tenants and the respondent is the landlord.

Learned counsel for the respondent stated that R.C.C.No.4 of 1999 was filed by the respondent for eviction and it was allowed, against which, the petitioners herein preferred C.M.A.No.11 of 2014 and it was dismissed. Aggrieved thereby, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed and the cause in the Civil Revision Petition became infructuous, as the possession was handed over to the respondent on 01.04.2021. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
