CVNR,J & Dr.SA,J W.P.Nos.28398, 28399, 28466, 28467, 28472 and 28488 of 2017 24.08.2017 COMMON ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This batch of writ petitions is filed assailing common order, dated 29.06.2017, in O.A.No.1510 of 2017 and batch on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

After arguing the cases, Mr.M.R.Tagore, learned counsel for the petitioners, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to his clients to approach respondent No.3 with appropriate representations.

These Writ Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. It is made clear that respondent No.3 shall be free to take its own decision on the representations that may be filed by the petitioners and the liberty given to the petitioners shall not be understood as this Court accepting the plea of the petitioners.
