HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.613 of 2018 ORDER : (Oral) Vide the present petition, petitioners seek directions thereby directing the Senior Civil Judge, Sattenapalli, to dispose of I.A.No.2037 of 2015 in A.S.No.49 of 2015, as early as possible.

Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and the fact that the aforesaid I.A. was filed in the year 2015 and now we are in 2018, I hereby direct the aforesaid Court to dispose of the said I.A. within four weeks from receipt of this order by affording opportunity to both the parties. 3.

Revision petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
