HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT CONTEMPT CASE NO.807 OF 2016 ORDER:

The order, violation of which is alleged in this contempt case, required the appellate authority to dispose of the appeal filed by the appellant against the proceedings dated 19.02.2015, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Pursuant thereto the appellate authority directed the original authority to pass an order dated 18.06.2016 revoking the suspension of the authorisation of the FP shop dealer and restored his authorisation. It is evident, therefore, that the order of this Court has since been complied with.
