The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that since the subject suit O.S.No.594 of 2008 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision, which is filed challenging the interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
