This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.PC challenging the order dated 14.9.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.989 of 2011 in D.V.C. No.87 of 2011 on the file of the court of III Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law.
