This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/defendant No.1 against the orders dated 04/12/2012 passed in OS.No. 60 of 2009 by the Senior Civil Judge, Sircilla, Karimnagar district,

2. When the matter is listed today, it is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous, as the parties to the above suit have settled the matter out of court, hence no further orders are necessary to be passed in this revision.
