THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6570 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner/A.1 seeks to quash the proceedings against him in Cr.No.162 of 2013 of Santoshnagar Police Station, Hyderabad.

While so, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing a letter dated 19-6-2017, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Santoshnagar Police Station, Hyderabad City, would submit, the case was referred due to lack of evidence, and accordingly, final report was filed before the VII A.C.M.M., Nampally, on 7-6-2017 and thus prayed to dismiss the petition as infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner present and reported no objection.

In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
