ORDER

On 18.07.2016, when the matter was called, there was no representation. To give an opportunity to the petitioners, the writ petition was listed to today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

2. Learned Government Pleader for Services for respondents 1 to 3 represents that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioners have been continued. That may be the reason the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.

3. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
