HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU CRP.No.2847 of 2012 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed against docket order dated 06.02.2012 in E.P.No.20 of 2012 in OS.No.357 of 2010 passed by the V Senior Civil Judge, Hyderabad. Both learned counsel for petitioner and respondents are present. They submitted that E.P.No.20 of 2012 in OS.No.357 of 2010 on the file of V Senior civil Judge, Hyderabad is closed and therefore, the cause in the revision petition does not survive.

Recoding the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
