Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is similar to W.P.No.23852 of 2015, which was filed by his brother and similar complaint is made apprehending dispossession without notice and opportunity. The said writ petition was disposed of on 07-08-2015.

In view of the same, following the judgment in W.P.No.23852 of 2015, this writ petition is also disposed of giving liberty to respondent No.3 to take appropriate action against any person found in possession of the Government land by following due process of law, namely, giving notice seeking explanation of the person concerned and passing appropriate orders thereafter. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
