THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.1915 OF 2016 ORDER:

This is an application filed, under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7596 of 2015, dated 10.03.2016. By way of the above said order, this Court disposed of the writ petition, keeping it open for the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents for redressal of his grievance, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and further directed the same be considered, in accordance with law, within a period of two months thereafter.

When the matter is called today, proceedings of the office of the Regional Manager, Karimnagar, bearing No. LC/WP/785(33)/2016-RM:KR, dated 24.10.2016, have been placed on record by the learned counsel for the respondents. As per the said proceedings, the office of the Regional Manager, Karimnagar, rejected the request of the petitioner herein. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to permit the petitioner herein to assail the said order.

For the aforesaid reasons, contempt case is closed, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to assail the above

AVSS,J C.C.No.1915 of 2016 said proceedings bearing No.LC/WP/785(33)/2016-RM:KR, dated 24.10.2016, of the Regional Manager, Karimnagar. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
