HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3087 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and perused the order dated 05.12.2014 in Criminal Revision Petition No.39 of 2014 and order dated 22.12.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.126 of 2014 in C.R.P.No.39 of 2014 passed by learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Godavari, Rajahmundry.

The impugned orders are slightly modified to the effect that the seized cash of Rs.53,61,000/- shall be given as interim custody to the Criminal Revision Petitioner by name Pulligilla Rajeswar on his executing a personal bond for Rs.53,61,000/- and also producing a third party property security for likesum to the satisfaction of the learned III Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rajahmundry. The other conditions imposed in the impugned orders shall hold good.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
