2. Impugned order of the Tahsildar, dated 16.06.2015, is clearly appealable under Section 10 of the Land Encroachment Act, 2005. Petitioner is at liberty to avail the appellate remedy and seek appropriate interim protection from the appellate authority. To enable the petitioner to do so, the impugned order of the Tahsildar, dated 16.06.2015, if not implemented as on today, shall not be implemented for a period of one week. With the liberty aforesaid, writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no

order as to costs.
