CRLP NO: 1138 OF 2019 Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner's on Anticipatory bail i11 the event of their arrest in Crime No. 37 of 2079 on the file of P S Cyber Crime Police Station, Hyderabad U/s 66 R/W 43 of ITA Act and Sections 419,420 IPC The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the aFfidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 28.02.20L9 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Smt. Pushpinder Kaur Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following.

ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed in the order dated 28.02.2O19 passed inJrl,P.No,1138 of 2019, wherein this Court while releasing-the pe'titioneri on anticipatory bail imposed a condition that they should report before the investigating officer on every Sunday between 9.OO a,m. and 11.OO a.m, till filing of the charge sheet,

The counsel for the petitioners mainly submits that the petitioners have been complying with the said conditions from the date of their release, which fact is not disputed by the learned Public Prosecutor, Having regard to the facts ind circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on petitioner No.2 reporting before the Station House Officer, Cyber Crime Police Station, Hydefabad on every Sunday between 9,O0 a.m. and 11.00 a,m. is hereby relaxed. However, petitioner No.1 shall report before the Station House Officer, Cyber Crime Police Station, Hyderabad on the second Sunday of every month between 9.OO a.m. and 11.OO a,m. Accordingly, the I.A, is ordered.
