The petitioner society complains against the inaction of the respondents in paying salaries to the staff working at Urban Mahila Development Society, Peerlagutta, Wanaparthy, as illegal and contrary to the agreed terms and conditions in operating the Urban Health Centre under State/Centre sponsored programs.

2. The petitioner made a representation on 10.03.2015 to the respondents to consider the issue of non-payment of salaries and take appropriate decision in this behalf. Admittedly, the representation remains un-answered till date. Though the representation was made on 10.03.2015, as the issue relates to non-payment of salaries to the staff working at subject health centre, I consider it appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to examine the representation dated 10.03.2015, within a period of one (01) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take a decision in accordance with the scheme and the material available on record. Communicate the same to the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
