THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLR SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL NO.1263 OF 2009 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} The parties to these proceedings compromised the matter before the Lok Adalat and in terms of the compromise, the Lok Adalat passed an award dated 03.12.2014.

Sri J.Prabhakar, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that in terms of the award, the appellant has also paid the amounts stipulated therein. As the parties have entered into a compromise and the Lok Adalat has passed an award in terms thereof, the cause in the appeal does not survive. The appeal is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
