THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22690 of 2010 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the auction notice dated 13.09.2010 for grant of lease hold rights in respect of lands in Sy.Nos.459 and 460 of Karavadi Village, Ongole Mandal, Prakasam District, which are given on lease to the petitioner and that the petitioner is paying the rents regularly on the above said lands.

This Court granted interim stay on 13.09.2010 for a period of six weeks and later on 27.10.2010 it was extended until further orders, and the impugned auction notice is for grant of lease hold rights for a period of three years.

In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
