HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.4198 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner/A.4 under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.38 of 2017 on the file of Gudur I Town PS, SPSR Nellore District, which was registered against the petitioner and other accused for the offences under Sections 452, 324 r/w 34 IPC.

2) The accusation is that all the accused due to their disputes with the defacto complainant went upon his house on 26.03.2017 and attacked him and injured him. Investigation is reported to be pending. Having regard to the gravity of the accusation, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.

3) While dismissing the bail application, the petitioner/A.4 is directed to surrender before the concerned Court and seek for regular bail, in which case the concerned Court shall dispose of his bail application on merits on the same date.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
