ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the appointment of respondent No.6 as Anganwadi Worker of Moglaikota Village, Kodad Mandal, Nalgonda District, as arbitrary and illegal, and consequently sought a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment as Anganwadi Worker of the said Village.

On 25.03.2015, while permitting the learned counsel for petitioner to take out personal notice by registered post with acknowledgement due against unserved respondent No.6 and file proof thereof within a period of four weeks from the said date, this Court observed that in default, the writ petition would stand dismissed against unserved respondent No.6 without further reference to the Court.

As per the docket endorsement made by the Registry, since notice was not served on respondent No.6, the writ petition stood dismissed against respondent No.6. In view thereof, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. 4.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
