Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that investigation in the subject crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the court concerned.

In view of the said submission, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
