THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.32774 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner is the owner of buses bearing Nos.AP 07 TU 9559 and AP 07 TU 9899, which were hired with the respondent Corporation on payment of hire charges. The petitioner submitted a representation on 22.09.2015 to the respondents praying for reimbursement of 1% VAT paid by the petitioner on hire charges. Even after receipt of the said representation, the respondents did not make reimbursement. Challenging the same, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 22.09.2015 submitted by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
