HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4013 of 2020 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of the 1st respondent in not numbering the revision filed by the petitioners aggrieved by the orders dated 02-01-2019 passed by the 2nd respondent. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology submits that already order passed in the revision vide Memo No.313/M.1(2)/2019-5, dated 28-02-2020 by the 1st respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioners says that the writ petition can be disposed of with liberty to challenge the said order. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 28-02-2020 in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
