Smt Mahalakshmi, learned counsel representing Sri P. Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
