THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3276 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not considering the representation dated 14.12.2017 for mutation of names of the petitioners in the revenue records in respect of the subject lands situated in Survey Nos.1154, 1155, 1156, 1157 and 1158 situated at Yedulabad Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal District.

This Court carefully perused the said representation and noticed that the said representation is not in the prescribed proforma as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act.

In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioners to apply to the third respondent in the prescribed proforma and as and when such an application is filed, it is needless to observe that the third respondent shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of such application.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
