HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 26428 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not approving the proposals of the Correspondent for promoting the petitioner as Head Master in R.C.M. High School, Pezzonipeta, Vijayawada, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation. At this point of time, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted.
