This writ petition is filed challenging the initiation of enquiry proceedings pursuant to the notice dated 27.10.2017 by the third respondent.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a copy of the order passed by the third respondent on 05.02.2018 holding that the legal representatives of the pattadars are not entitled for 'Occupancy Rights Certificate' in respect of the land of an extent of Acs.10.19 guntas in Survey Nos.157, 161, 162, 207, 209, 249 and 256 situated at Yelwarthy Village, Shankerpally Mandal.

In view of the said order, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
