HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1625 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they filed applications on 13-12-2016 before the 3rd respondent for survey of lands in to an extent of Ac.4-50 cents and ac.2-93 cents respectively in R.S.No.292/1 of Koniki Village, Pedapadu Mandal, West Godavari District. As no orders are passed on the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the applications filed by the petitioners are pending before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders and dispose of the applications filed by the petitioners dated 13-12-2016 in accordance with law, if not already passed orders.
