THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.114 of 2015 JUDGMENT:

This appeal arises out of order and decree, dated 11.02.2015 in I.A.No.2412 of 2014 in O.S.No.1092 of 2014 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the appellant has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal with liberty to his client to work out legal remedies elsewhere.

In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of appeal as withdrawn, CMA.MP.No.227 of 2015 filed by the appellant stands disposed of as infructuous.
