THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 35405 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The petitioner submitted a representation dated 11.07.2016 to the 2nd respondent Kakinada Municipal Corporation seeking regularization of his land to an extent of 308 1⁄2 square yards together with the building consisting of ground + 2 upper floors with corresponding Door No. 37-6-9 (old Door No. 37-6-12) covered by Block No. 17, Ward No. 17 situated at Tilak Street, Kakinada. But so far, no action has been taken thereon is the compliant of the petitioner in this Writ Petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Ancha Pandu Ranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent Corporation.

Since the grievance in the Writ Petition being limited, ends of justice would be met if a direction is given to the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 11.07.2016 of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible. Ordered accordingly. With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
