Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not considering and disposing of the representations made by the petitioner dated 26.10.2013 and 09.11.2013 with regard to the land in Survey No.1186 admeasuring Acs.10.16 cents situated at Markapur Village and Mandal, Prakasam District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently issue a direction to consider and dispose of the said representations.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representations dated 26.10.2013 and 09.11.2013 made by the petitioner for removal of the encroachments having made in the aforementioned land.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that if the said representations are still pending, the same will be dealt with, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.5 to consider the representations dated 26.10.2013 and 09.11.2013, in accordance with law, as early as possible, after hearing the aggrieved persons, including the petitioner.
