THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.10911 OF 1998 ORDER:

When the matter has come up for hearing, it is noticed that a Writ Petition No.21339 of 1998 was filed before this Court challenging the Award dated 17.01.1994, passed by the 1st respondent-Industrial Tribunal (Central) in I.D.No.88 of 1989, and the said writ petition came to be allowed by an order dated 05.10.1998. While allowing the Writ Petition No.21339 of 1998, this Court has issued a writ of Mandamus to implement the direction given by the Industrial Tribunal (Central) at Hyderabad in I.D.No.88 of 1989. Thereafter, a Review W.P.M.P.No.5778 of 1999 was filed before this Court seeking to review the order dated 05.10.1998, passed by this Court in W.P.No.21339 of 1998 and the said Review W.P.M.P was dismissed by an order dated 16.04.2007. In the light of the same, the order dated 05.10.1998 passed by this Court in W.P.No.

21339 of 1998 has become final. In that view of the matter, it is not necessary for this Court, at this stage, to adjudicate the validity of the Award dated 17.01.1994, passed by the 1st respondentIndustrial Tribunal (Central) in I.D.No.88 of 1989. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
