This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 08.9.2011 in I.A. No.83 of 2011 in O.S. No.434 of 2003 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge - cum - V Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Medchal, Ranga Reddy District.

As per the Office note, the suit was disposed of on 27.1.2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the suit was disposed of.

In view of the office note and submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the civil revision petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
