Counsel for the applicant has filed a letter dt.08.04.2019 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court for the State of Telangana stating that he filed the above I.A., seeking permission of the Court to withdraw this Arbitration Application. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

Recording the said submission, the I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed and the Arbitration Application is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
