THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.27 of 2010 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed assailing the order dated 07.09.2009 of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Anakapalle passed in O.S.No.110 of 1999 in regard to admissibility of an unregistered sale deed dated 05.10.1969.

At the stage of admission, notice was ordered on 22.11.2010 without granting any interim order.

The note of the Registry indicates that the suit itself was disposed of on 13.09.2010. In that view of the matter, it appears that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
